1. Services

We provide UI/UX Design, Mobile App Design, Website Design, Web App Design, Admin Panel Design, and Brand Design. All services are delivered based on the agreed project scope and timelines.

2. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the project begins. Full or partial advance may be required depending on the package. Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension.

3. Revisions & Feedback

Each package includes a limited number of revisions (as mentioned in the package details). Additional revisions will be charged separately. Feedback should be provided in a timely manner to avoid delays.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final approved design files will be transferred to the client. Drafts, mockups, and unused concepts remain the property of Aesthetic Interface.

5. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Any data, content, or material shared will remain private and will not be disclosed to third parties.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of design services, refunds are generally not provided once the project has started. Partial refunds may be considered in special cases if no significant work has been delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aesthetic Interface is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for implementing the designs into their platforms or development environment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
